Ma Solace Sessions are centered around brining the womb back to balance, through different modalities such as massage, energy work, breath work, guided meditation, yoni steaming, and movement, along with helpful information around understanding our cycles and how to nurture each phase. Though I truly believe this could be beneficial for any women with a womb/or born with a womb, who yearn to connect deeper to this space. It can be especially helpful to those who struggle with irregular or painful menstrual cycles, ovarian cysts, easing symptoms of menopause, preparing for birth, postpartum aftercare, those finding difficultly coping with the aftermath of assault, amongst other things affecting the womb space.

A sacred massage experience designed to support women during their menstrual cycle. This nurturing session eases cramps, aches, and emotional heaviness while honoring your body’s natural rhythm.

It begins with heart-opening cacao, followed by a warm, rose quartz-infused hot stone massage focused on the womb and heart. Techniques include warm womb oil, gentle belly binding, therapeutic cupping, energy work, and light Thai-inspired stretches—each chosen to enhance circulation, relieve tension, and restore balance.
